Nice fire truck!

This is a good sized truck for the price, and it has many nice features. Strangely, the ladder does not rotate a full 180 degrees, but that's not a concern unless you're a stickler for scale realism. I have nothing negative to say about Legos. This kit produces a nice heavy truck with all of Lego's usual innovations and imagination. It's amusing to me that the designers don't seem to understand the difference between a truck and an engine, and most of their fire related stuff is a kind of hybrid of the two, but as far as the toy goes, two thumbs up!

LEGO Continues to amaze the child and the child in me...

This set was a two hour build with the assistance of my 3 1/2 year old son. My son is at the age where things like LEGO'S and CRAYON'S are his world so his excitement sitting down for the build was exciting. He surprised me at how fast he put together the firemen and the wheels, he also assisted with the general build. The directions as always are very well laid out and very well illustrated. The more I build with Lego's the more inspired I am to try my own builds. Things like Buildings and vehicles seem easier to create out of thin air with the right pieces from the Lego store. Anyway, if your looking for a fast fun built or just wanting to add to your Creator/Lego City I highly recommend this set. I picked mine up on sale along with the Sanitation crew for $18 a piece. Breaks apart easily

Of course any kid who builds this will then want to play with it and it falls apart when even bumped slightly or if your child drops it, forget it, you will be rebuilding over and over. I've put it back together three times in four hours.
